Fixing Holes
Unfortunately today we did not start painting the floors, instead, we enlisted my dad for some more help in patching some rusted out sections of flooring.
The worst of the rust was around the wheel wells and so we cut some sections of the tin ceiling sheets to fit around them. We used roof-patching tar as a glue for these sections and then self-tapping screws and rivets to secure them.

Another thought we had was to use some caulking around places where two sections of metal flooring have been joined together. In our process of removing rust we pulled up some old caulking and wanted to replace this.
We needed to let the caulking and tar set so we used the rest of the day to plan the insulation process of the floor and check out a local lead we had on some RV appliances.
Hoping once again that tomorrow we can finally put down the rust proofing paint.
