Ingredients
- 1 small butternut squash, cut and sliced to resemble thin fries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400'F
- In a large bowl toss cut butternut squash in olive oil making sure each fry is coated
- Add dill, paprika, salt and pepper and toss squash pieces again to season
- Place fries on a wire rack on a baking sheet or pan and back for 20 minutes
- Flip fries and continue baking for another 10-20 minutes, this will depend on thickness of fries
- Test for doneness with a fork, fries should be tender but not mushy
- Allow to cool slightly on wire rack and then serve
