Ingredients
- Cauliflower, one large head cut in florets
- ¾ cup whole wheat flour
- ¾ cup milk, I used almond milk
Sauce Option 1: Balsamic Glaze

Sauce Option 2: Sweet and Sour

Directions
- Preheat oven to 450’F
- Start by making your sauce of choice
- Balsamic: mix the ingredients for the balsamic glaze together in a bowl and set aside
- OR
- Sweet and Sour: mix together water and flour in a small bowl and set aside, bring other ingredients to a boil in a small sauce pan, lower to a simmer, stir in flour mixture (to thicken), and continue simmering for another couple minutes
- Balsamic: mix the ingredients for the balsamic glaze together in a bowl and set aside
- Once sauce is prepared, in a large bowl, mix together flour and milk to create a coating for the cauliflower
- Toss florets in coating and make sure pieces are covered evenly
- Put cauliflower onto a baking sheet in single layer and bake for 15 minutes
- Remove cauliflower from the oven and pour sauce over florets, making sure to coat each piece
- Return cauliflower to oven for 5 minutes, remove again to recoat florets with the sauce on the baking sheet, and bake for another 5 minutes
