I may have slightly unusual preferences when it comes to hummus. I actually prefer to make mine without tahini and have it a thicker consistency. I know… I know… its weird. BUT! Just give it a try and see what you think. Try it out with my Ultimate Veggie Crackers.

Ingredients
- 1 can of chickpeas, rinsed and strained
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 5-6 tbsp of olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Quick and Simple once again! Simply mix all ingredients together in your food processor while adding the olive oil a little as you go until you reach your desired consistency.
