Ingrdients
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup smooth almond butter OR peanut butter
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions
- In a sauce pan melt coconut oil and honey
- Add all ingredients to food processor, included melted ones, and blend until smooth
- Grease muffin tin with coconut oil or use liners
- Pour mixture into muffin tin, filling each only 1/2 way
- Freeze for 10 minutes, until firm, and enjoy
Notes
- This recipe makes a dozen, 1/2 inch fudge disks
- Store fudge in a sealed container in the freezer and it will last for weeks
- For a peanut butter cup flavour use peanut butter in the recipe instead of almond butter
- For a mint chocolate treat, use almond butter and add 1/2 -1 tsp of peppermint extract
